The citizens prove to be fickle minded because they got influenced and changed their minds very easily. In the first chapter, Flavius and Marullus influenced them against celebrating Caesar's victory pretty easily. Later after the assassination of Julius Caesar, they again got influenced by Brutus and his speech to believe that Caesar was a tyrant and deserved to be murdered the way he was. Later, that very day, Mark Antony who was very loyal to Caesar influenced them yet again to believe that Caesar was a good person who cared for them all and was murdered wrongly. These incidents portray the citizens to be fickle minded and easily movable.
