But thing changes in the morning, it is pleasent and calm. He describe it like the joy was filled and there was a clear sky with rainbow . The grass has keeping the dew. The effect of rain is showing. The hare is running with splashing the water. This secenary makes the poet relief .

He start with it rain because he want to tell us about the two ✌️ aspect of the rain and the nature. He describes the spring morning beautifully with help of rain.
