› The third decided not to waste his log for saving the idle rich by providing him warmth as the the rich is referred to as idle here which means that the poor was forced to do huge amount of work in the rich's store. As mentioned next, the rich though the poor as lazy and somewhat related him to as a thief. This made the poor more harsh and selfish that he refused to help.
