In the poem 'Mending Wall', what else show dislike to the wall, and how?

In this poem mending wall it says about two different  consecutive ideas of a wall.

the poet doesn't like a wall .the poet says that the nature doesn't like a wall because of that the snow fall for no reason and every year they have to meant the Wall. the hunters run behind the dogs and the wall destroys because of these reasons the poet says that the nature doesn't love the wall .

but the neighbor sticks on to the old proverb" good fences make good neighbors".
