The poet says i have something to regret because he threw a log at the innocent snake and scared him away.

The poet says that he have something to expatiate because he threw stick on the snake, much against his inner willingness. He felt like the Ancient Mariner for he did the same as him .He felt guilty.

Hope it helps!

MilitheQUORAN: do mark it BRAINLIEST if it helped!
tTanu11: thanks
