In the poem the birds and the women and the ducks all come and go but the banyan tree stands unchanged through the years. It stands for permanence. Do you agree? Explain

yes i agree with the statement because according to the author  when he was in his childhood he see the birds , the ducks and the women come and go but the banyan tree stands there unchanged through the years  as all the things keep on coming and going and the tree stands as a saymbol of permanence .
