The frog meant to say that everyone is born original so be original don't copy anyone else. Bcoz the work done by tour creativity will give you more happiness then the one you copy..

The Irony in the statement is that when the Nightingale expresses her pride in her song being her own the frog says that it was nothing to boast about . But after the death of the nightingale , in order to shift the blame over nightingale herself , he says " Your song must be your own."
