PALSY IS A DISEASE OR A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT MAKES A PERSON'S BODY TO SHAKE UNCONTROLLABLY. HERE THE POET REFERS TO THE OLD PERSON AS PALSIED ONE , WHO COULD NOT BEAR TO SEE THE PATRIOT DYING.
