In the Presidential system, President and then Governor is the executive head in Federal government whereas in State government the executive chief powers are given to Governor and the Cabinet.

The executive is selected by the people directly and has no influence of the Member of Parliament.

The President gets the responsibility to enforce the law and regulation, the court for judging and even the legislature making process.

However, others are given the power to maintain a balance between the task and nation.
