obviously ,the longitudes and Time keeps on changing in the process of rotation of the earth. As we all know the earth takes 24 hours to complete it's rotation of 360°of longitude in its axis. since the earth rotates the sun from west to the east and the sun rises in the east and sets in the West, the time in the east is advance and in the West is backward. The rotation even causes day and night. During the rotation,each longitude faces the sun perpendicularly once each day. At this, the shadow of any object becomes the shortest.
