Answer:

t²- 16 = 0

⇒ (t)² - (4)² = 0

⇒(t-4) × (t+4) = 0                                            [ using identity - a²- b² = (a+b)(a-b) ]

∴ t = 4 and t = -4

hence the zeroes are 4 and -4

so, sum of zeroes = 4 + (-4) = 4 - 4 = 0

ANSWER = 0
