In △COD,

∠COD + ∠1 + ∠2 = 180°

∠COD = 180° − (∠1 + ∠2)

∠COD=180°- ½(∠C+∠D)

∠COD=180°-½ [360 −(∠A+∠B)]

∠COD= ½ (∠A+∠B)
