yes it is parallelogram because angle a and b is 90 so angle d is 90 opposite angle and angle c is 90 opposite angle

yes it may be possible because according to the figure we have angle 1=angle 2=90 then
angle 1+angle 2=180 and for a closed figure of 4 sides sum of all angles =360 and sum of the two angles is 180 which verify the both concepts
