Let (a-3d) (a-d) (a+d) (a+3d) be the four parts

So, a-3d + a-d + a+d + a+3d = 32

Therefore all the d get cancelled and we get 4a=32

Hence a=8

By using this value of a , we can find the value of d and hence the four parts ...
