In the question given below there are two statements

Primary sector is concerned with the extraction of raw materials. It includes fishing, farming and mining.

When raw materials are used to form a product it's a example of secondary sector.

So assertion is false as making flour from wheat is an example of secondary sector.

Reason is true as secondary sectir is concerned with manufacturing of products.

So correct option is (d)
