in the question it is tell if two triangles have their corresponding angles equal are they always congruent if not, draw two triangles which are not congruent but which have their corresponding angles.

Two triangles are said to be congruent if their corresponding part that is if their corresponding angles and sides are equal.

So basically two triangles whose corresponding parts are equal are congruent.

Its just asked the other way to trick students :D
