In the question two statements are given, followed by two conclusions, I and II. You have to consider the statements to be true even if it seems to be at variance from commonly known facts. You have to decide which of the given conclusions, if any, follows from the given statements.
Statement 1 : All clocks are watches.
Statement 2 : Some clocks are alarm.
Conclusion I : Some alarm are watches.

Refer to this venn diagram. Now by matching conclusions

, we saw that all alarms are are watches but Conclusion ( 1) says that some alarms are watches. Hence , conclusion 1 is wrong.

Now , Conclusion (2) says all watches are wrong which is totally wrong because all alarms are watches not all watches are alarms.
