so, equation of rate constant is ....

K=\frac{2.303}{t}log\frac{V_{\infty}}{V_t}

volume of N2 after (t = 20min), V_t=40ml

and volume of N2 after a long time, V_{\infty}=70ml

now, k = 2.303/(20min) log[70ml/40ml]

= 2.303/(20 × 60s) log(7/4)

= 2.303/1200 log(7/4) s^-1

hence, rate constant of given reaction is 2.303/1200 log(7/4) s^-1
