In the Reaction
Zn + FeSO⁴ ---> ZnSO⁴ + Fe

a) Zn gets oxidised
b) Zn is oxidising agent
c) Fe gets oxidised
d) Zn and Fe both get oxidised

The answer is (a)
Coz in this reaction , Zn being more reactive than Fe and gain Oxygen . Therefore , Zn gets oxidised

Hey there !!!

Zinc gets oxidised in Zn+FeSO₄------> ZnSO₄+Fe

as in reactants side oxidation number of zinc is 0 and in products side oxidation number of zinc in ZnSO₄ is  +2 so as oxidation number is increased it gets oxidised and also Zn acts as an reducing agent.
