Solution:

AD = BC = GF = HE = 5

AB =  CD = F  = HG = 3

AG = DG = CE = BH = 4

AJ = AB/2 = 3/2

AL = AG/2  = 2

AK = AD/2 = 5/2  

JL  =√AJ²  + AL²  = √ (3/2)²   + 2²  =  5/2

JK = =√AJ²  + AK²  = √ (3/2)²+(5/2)²   = √34/2

KL = =√AL²  + AK²  = √ 2²+(5/2)²   = √41/2  

Area of Δ JKL  with sides 5/2  , √34/2  , √41/2   ≈ 3.47  sq uits
