In this triangle ab is hypotenuse,ac is perpendicular and bc is base of the triangle.

Given is.... angle b =60°
angle c=90°
ac= 6 cm.
Now , tan b= ac/bc
tan 60° = 6/bc
√3 = 6/ bc
So, bc = 2√3
Now, ab^2= ac^2+bc^2
ab^2= 6*6 + 2√3*2√3
ab^2= 36+12
ab= √48
ab=4√3

I hope this would help.
