Yeah the statement above is true. Construction of houses depend on climate because the person who has built his house there will see to the climate whether it is suitable to reside their or not or whether they can survive their. If the weather is bitter cold so the person will not decide to live there. In addition to this if the person is engaged in the occupation of farming he won't be able to grow his crops in that area if it is cold because the weather will be extremely dry. Secondly he also has to see to the fertility of the soil. If there are summers and there is a lot if rainfall and there is a good source of irrigation for example in the Punjab he will prefer to live there due to the climate of the region and the relief features of land and will not prefer to live in Baluchistan if he is given the choice.
