In the shown arrangement a point source of light S is placed 60 cm behind the convex lens of focal length 30 cm and 2 cm above the common principal axis of the convex lens and the convex mirror.
Then the x-coordinate of the final image of the source is.​

X coordinate is negative side i.e on the same side of the source and left side tonthe lens

Explanation:

Becuase the image formed by the lens is at behind it and then it falls on the diverging mirror and thereby reflected and comes back to same side i.e positive x coordinate
