(a) Is ∆ADB congruent ∆ADC? State the three pairs of corresponding parts.
(b) Is it true to say that BD=CD?​

in ∆ADB and ∆ADC,

AD=AD (common)

angle ADB=ASC (90°each)

angle DAB=DAC (given)

so, ∆ADB congurent ∆ADC (ASA)

BD=CD (CPCT)

Hence proved
