in the solution it says pq = (45 +2.5+2.5) so why sre we adding 2.5 2 times please tell fast its urgent

the concept is simple, ie there is cross walk path of side 2.5 on all sides so in length 2.5+2.5 will grt added and in breadth too 5cm will get added

you have to understand that there is pathway on both the sides vertically and both the sides horizontally. So you have to add 2.5 twice on length and twice on bredth
