Characters in every novel or story are different and hold different importance for the specific story. Everyone has their favorite character. There are millions of stories around us, thus giving us options to choose our favorite from the bundle.
My favorite character is Hermione Granger from the book Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling. The book is a classic love story and full of witches and other magical characters. The protagonist of the book Harry is friends with Hermione and Ron. Ron is a witch by birth but Hermione is a human who is a special kid with powers. She is extremely brave and studious. She had helped the protagonist from dying on several occasions. Without her help or her expert suggestions, Harry did not win a single fight with the villain. She was ridiculed by other students for not being a pure-blooded witch like others but she never lost hope or got demotivated because of the bullies, instead, she took a fight with the bullies all by herself and won. She has a bubbly personality and had always helped everyone in need. Besides all these, she manages to maintain her academics.
Hermione Granger is not just a character from fiction but is an inspiration in itself. I wish everyone was as strong as she is. She is a perfect example of a "pen is mightier than a sword". I wish, one day I can be like her.
