Explanation:

The story is about a doctor and a snake. The doctor, a homeopath was proud that he was a doctor. He loved and appreciated himself.  He also thought of ways to look better while seeing him in the mirror.

Just like the homeopath who loved himself, there was a snake that was charmed on seeing himself in the mirror. Just as birds of a feather flock together, the homeopath and the snake were fascinated by themselves.

Seeing the snake was a humbling experience for the doctor who was being arrogant, proud and was so engrossed on ways to improve his appearance. The sight of the snake brought him back to reality.

The same goes for the snake who kept looking at its reflection in the mirror, forgetting that the purpose for which it had come was to bite the homeopath.
