In the system shown in figure at some instant acceleration of purly was 10 m/sec2 in upward direction. At that instant spring was in length. If acceleration of block A and B are an and ag at that instant (Given ma = 10 kg , me = 20 kg , g = 10 m/sec2 , pulley is light and smooth)​

According to the diagram attached we can see that the blocks are in free fall state as the spring is in its original length therefore the tension in the spring is zero,

Therefore the acceleration of block A, an and of block B , ag  are equal to the the actual gravitational force,

Therefore, an = ag = g = 19 m/s^2 in downward direction
