Explanation:

• Earth quack is followed by a lot of hazards e.g. falling of heaving material like rods, pillars, billboards, buildings etc.

• This may lead to serious injuries like people getting hit by these things. People may also die by getting buried under the building for a longer duration.

• This has happened to our country because we didn't have a preactive approach. We didn't build shockproof buildings or train people on what to do in such situations.
