In the text "America's Alternative Energy Souce" the central idea of the United States continuing the use of fracking-:
- So, the alternate energy source of Fracking for gas is done with the help of a pipe which is filled with pressurised water, which creates deep fractures below the level and surface of the ground. The force helps to crack the ground which in turn helps in releasing the natural gas to move freely into a harvesting well.
- Fracking should be continued as it supports lower amounts of emissions in the air because more efficiency and greater equipment along with technological advancements would mean lesser consumption of energy.
- Fracking affordability, abundance and local features have made it so prevalent. With an unemployment surge worldwide the affordability of such energy sources acts as a boon for the nation.
- Fracking is such a success that more than 65% that almost two-thirds of the natural gas is produced by fracking in the United States. It has also helped in producing almost half of the total production of oil in the economy.
