Step-by-step explanation:

mid point of AB is M

A(-3,2) and B(-1,4)

by mid point formula

 \frac{x1  + x2} {2}  \:  \:  \frac{y1 + y2}{2}

 \frac{ - 3 - 1}{2}   \:  \:  \frac{2  + 4}{2}

  \frac{ - 4}{2}   \:  \: \frac{6}{2}

therefore M(-2,3)

midpoint of AC is N

A(-3,2) C(5,2)

 \frac{5 + 3}{2}  \:  \:  \frac{2 + 2}{2}

 \frac{8}{2}  \:  \:  \frac{4}{2}

therefore N (4,2)
