Distance is basically the area under the given graph. so you need the find the area between time 1.0s and 4.0s. Most such questions usually never has uniform velocity so I'm assuming the graph looks like a Triangle from time 1.0s to 4.0s. So , I have lack of information but by elimination, the answer should be 30m. I could confirm it if I can see a pic.
