in 2018 i.e. after 8 years

Anand's age will be A+8

his two sons would become 8 years older each hence the sum of teir ages would increase by 16 years

multiplying by 2

2A + 16 = 4x + 64

2A + 16 = A + 64. ( 4x = A)
