Hope my answer helps you mate ^_^

Step-by-step explanation:

For big triangle( whole triangle)

Semi perimeter = a + b + c/2=15cm

By herons formula Root of s×(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

 \sqrt{15 \times  5 \times 5 \times 5 }  \\ 25 \sqrt{3}

43.30cm².........1

Now similiarly area of triangle below shaded region

As third side of that triangle is 6cm by Pythagoras theoram

Now semi perimeter =12cm

By heron formula

 \sqrt{12 \times 6 \times 4 \times 2}  \\ 6 \times 2 \times 2 \\ 24

24cm²...........2

Now subtract 2 from 1

19.30 cm² is area of shaded region

answer is correct why.1 star
