For X:-

In triangle ABC

AB=BC

So Angle A=Angle B= 55 °

So the third angle -->

A+B+C = 180

55+55+C = 180

C= 70°

Angle C = x = 70° (Bez vertical opp angles)

X= 70° ANS...

For Y :-

In triangle CPQ.

Q( ext) = y = C+P

Y= 70+ 38

Y = 108° ANS...
