P+Q+R=180°

60°+50°+R =180°

R=180°-110

R=70°

therefore angle PRS=70/2=35°

P+angle PRS+x=180°

60°+35°+x=180°

x=180-95°

x=85°

Answer:

x = 85°

Step-by-step explanation:

5.  In ΔPQR,

∠P + ∠Q + ∠PRQ = 180°   ...angles of a triangle

60° + 50° + ∠PRQ = 180°

110° + ∠PRQ = 180°

⇒∠PRQ = 180° - 110°

∠PRQ = 70°

As RS is the angular bisector of  ∠PRQ,

∠PRS = ∠SRQ = 1/2 of ∠PRQ = 70 * 1/2 = 35°

In ΔPSR,

∠P + ∠PRS + ∠PSR = 180°   ...angles of a triangle

60° + 35° + x° = 180°

95° + x° = 180°

x° = 180° - 95°

x = 85°
