In this period of lockdown, children are much exposed to screens. It has now become compulsory to watch screens for a long duration of time even for doing online classes and reading through pdfs'. But this is much harmful to their eyes. They may face some eye defects like myopia. Suggest some of the natural methods to neutralise these defects.

It can be neutralized by some of the vitamin that is important for eye , which is found in food like
1. Carrots
2. Sweet potatoes
3. Spinachs ,etc
And also by eye exercises.
