Step-by-step explanation:

y = 60°

sum of all angles in a triangle = 180°

y + right angle + 30 = 180°

y + 90° + 30° = 180°

y + 120° = 180°

y = 180° - 120°

y = 60°

Given :   equilateral quadrilateral

and half of one angle = 60°

To Find : the measurement of angle Y.

Solution:

equilateral quadrilateral  means Rhombus

Diagonal of rhombus bisect each other perpendicularly

Hence angle at intersection = 90°

90° + 30° + y = 180°  ( sum of angles of a triangle )

=> y = 60°

the measurement of angle Y  is 60°
