Just II is inferred in the announcement.

They are amazingly thin/worn down/old, have no muscle and look extraordinarily frail/unfit.

The enormous number of habitually lazy people looks superior to them.

The main clarification I have is that they truly are unfortunate and their appearance signals weakness caused by unnatural overtraining.
