In this time of social distancing regular dental check up may have to be postponed for sometime. In this scenario how can you achieve oral hygiene and get a squeaky clean feeling at home ANSWER PROPLERLY

Answer: by doing gargle with salt Water and by doing brush with the turmuric oil and salt paste.

By doing these steps we get much relief and it is hygienic.. It doesn't have any side effects

SELF CARE OF ORAL HEALTH !

As we know in the hard times of lockdown and quarantine, it's very hard to get up to a regular dental checkup. But it can't keep us away from our own hygiene standards! In this scenario, we can actually achieve oral hygiene. First you need to be confident enough to do your oral hygiene yourself. Second step is to ensure that you have the needed products for a proper hygiene. As we have learnt from early ages, brush your teeth twice a day, and if possible after eating every sweet, so you don't get any cavity or stop keeping you behind. Don't eat much sweet food , and drink water after every time you eat one so that it can't let cavity in your way. Gargle oftenly . Always keep a mouthwash and peppermint pills with yourself, just to ensure that you don't have bad breath. If you keep up with these points, I can ensure you with a total hygeine of your teeth! Be home, Be safe.
