Earlier beauty was more important than skill and development and many were hired by companies based on their looks. But today, it is the opposite. Inner beauty, skills and behaviour are key factors for any person to get hired in top notch companies. One should feel beautiful rather than showing off their exterior beauty.  It’s the skill sets and behaviour than one has becomes his/her identity than outer beauty. One should love themselves first so that we can love the environment and the people around us. It's not how we look it's about who we are.
