There are two atoms of Carbon in each C2H6 molecules hence 1 mole of C2H6 will have 2 moles of carbon atoms.

So that Number of moles of carbon atoms in 3 moles of C2H6 = 2 × 3 = 6 moles

1 mole of C2H6  contains 2 moles of Carbon atoms

∴ 3 moles of of C2H6  will contain 6 moles of Carbon atoms
