This is a question of simple addition of ratios.

Let the three vessels be:

A, B, C

Ratio of water to milk in :

A = 6 : 7

B = 5 : 9

C = 8 : 7

From these ratios, the total proportion of water is:

6 + 5 + 8 = 19

Total proportion of milk is :

7 + 9 + 7 = 23

The new ratio of water to milk is thus:

19 : 23
