In titration of oxalic acid and kmno4,why dilute h2so4 is used instead of dilute hcl and dilute hno3

Answer:

because HCl n HNO3 are strong acid than oxalic acid ,they participate in the reaction and disturb the redox reaction.If we use HCl or HNO3 ,KMnO4 oxidizes either cl or no2 ,so would not be available to react with oxalic acid.
