In today's fast paced life, everyone craves for peace and harmony. Don't you find life to always be filled with stress? As our society grown more and more complex, finding true peace becomes more like trying to find an oasis in the desert . If you think inner peace is an impossible feat, you will need to think again The path to inner peace is not simple or short. You cannot just wake up one day and decide you ar going to have inner peace from that point onwards. People think "If I found the key to happiness, would be happy.' They fail to realize that the key is and has always been with them. It is a proces a journey that needs to be appreciated at every step of the way. You need to be ready to step outsi the box you have allowed yourself to be put into and start from scratch. Get to know yourself over again and be willing to make mistakes. And most importantly, you have to realize that o You have control over your reactions and they can be changed for the better. We need to start looking at the way we react to people and to the situations. We need to u on smoothing these 'buttons' we all have everywhere, because you will not find inner peace if constantly judge yourself and others. This is a process of learning and being willing to adm your self and others when you are wrong. If you do not meditate, you will miss out on a lot of things in life. You will be surprised mere 20 minutes of meditation can do to turn things around for you. You will never find peace if you remain self-consumed and only worry about your own nee wants. When you begin to genuinely care about other people, so much goodness comes right out this only helps solidifying your inner peace
