suppose there is a country with 7 mil population and only 1 leader to control it then it will be impossible for just 1 person to fulfill the needs of 7 mil people and meet the country's requirements(both financial and economical) at the same time and this is the reason why power is distributed equally so that all the sect will have to deal with the issues which are in their respective limited area.
