In towns and cities borewells have to be dug very deep to get water as compared
to borewells dug in villages. Give suitable reason

it happens because in case of cities...due to huge population and ongoing actions on infrastructure and construction a lot of ground water is wasted which is even decreased because of uprooting of trees. for this reason water level falls down and we need to dig deeper to reach the level unlike that in the case of villages. where we find a lot of vegetation and less population and cemented complexes

IN TOWNS AND CITIES BOREWELLS HAVE TO BE DUG VERY DEEP TO GET WATER AS COMPARED TO BOREWELLS DUG IN VILLAGES BECAUSE

REASON:

IT HAPPENS BECAUSE IN CASE OF CITIES...DUE TO HUGE POPULATION AND ONGOING ACTIONS ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION A LOT OF GROUND WATER IS WASTED WHICH IS EVEN DECREASED BECAUSE OF UPROOTING OF TREES.
FOR THIS REASON WATER LEVEL FALLS DOWN AND WE NEED TO DIG DEEPER TO REACH THE LEVEL UNLIKE THAT IN CASE OF VILLAGES.
