Transmission electron microscopy is a technique by which different characteristic features of an electron can be very well detected.
In this aspect, it is quite related to then overall electron density, or atomic result into sense sense of depth.
So according to me, the fringe line pattern is not predicted by any means in this kind of microscopy.
So this technique is used to understand the overall structure as well as the morphology of electrons.
So basically it is quite important for imaging and generally it is not related to identifying the fringe line patterns.
