if the transfer section of the parenchyma cells as seen under a light microscope with 10 times magnification it is sufficient to see the cells . this type of tissue consists of living cells Unlike the sclerenchyma tissue.

However Unlike the colon kaima the cells are not thickened and are very thin. This helps in the easy diffusion of substances into the cell

The thickening of the walls occur  in other types of tissue but never occur in the parenchymatous cell.
