In triangle ABC,AB=2.2 cm,BC=1.5cm and AC=2.3cm .In triangle XYZ XY=4.4cm ,YZ=3cm and XZ=4.6cm.Find the ratio AB:XY,BC:YZ,AC:XZ.Are the length of triangle ABC and Triangle XYZ are in propotion?[hint:Any two two triangles are said to be in propotion if their corresponding sides are in the same ratio]​

Given that,

In triangle ABC,

AB = 2.2 cm

BC = 1.5 cm

AC = 2.3 cm

In triangle XYZ,

XY = 4.4 cm

YZ = 3 cm

XZ = 4.6 cm

To Find the ratio AB:XY,

the ratio of AB:XY = The length of side AB/ The length of side XY

=> 2.2/4.4

=> 1 × 2.2 /2× 2.2 = 1/2

Therefore, Ratio = 1:2
